Colleen represents major shopping centers in regard to anchors, sub-majors, pads and in-line space. Colleen currently represents landlords with approximately 2.5 Million Square Feet of retail product including representation of Lewis Retail and World Premier Investments. Colleen has been involved in the planning and execution of retail/office projects and has the ability to bring partners to a development project that have extensive expertise, or as strictly financial partnerships.

Colleen attributes her success with shopping centers through established relationships and her hands-on approach; with one center visiting over 700 retail stores in the vicinity to identify tenants willing to relocate, expand or open additional locations. These efforts paid off during the economic downturn with tenants that would not otherwise been identified. Colleen guides clients through every business objective, from site selection, entitlement, lease negotiations to project and construction management.
