As a Commercial Real Estate Vice President, Colleen Butcher specializes in Retail and Commercial Land Sales, Leasing and Development. Colleen is the top Retail Broker in the High Desert Region. Colleen has extensive experience in Real Estate leasing and development from the initial negotiation, land use planning, and contract management services, to overseeing construction of commercial and industrial projects. Throughout the process, from preleasing to final move-in, Colleen interfaces with Landlords and tenants alike to maximize occupancy and tenant retention. Colleen has been working in the commercial real estate industry, providing tenant representation, lease and contract negotiations for over 25 years. Colleen was the Lead Negotiator for the Federal Government’s Land Transactions in Orange County, CA under Military Base Closure with assets in the billions of dollars.

Colleen represents major shopping centers in regard to anchors, sub-majors, pads and in-line space. Colleen currently represents landlords with approximately 2.5 Million Square Feet of retail product including representation of Lewis Retail and World Premier Investments. Colleen attributes her success with shopping centers through established relationships and her hands-on approach; with one center visiting over 700 retail stores in the vicinity to identify tenants willing to relocate, expand or open additional locations. These efforts paid off during the economic downturn with tenants that would not otherwise been identified. --Apple Valley Commons | 71 acre retail development with 731,000 SF of retail, office, and restaurant use anchored by Target, Lowes, Ross and other major retailers. Serving the upper income residential population of the High Desert growth area.



--Avenida 395 | 8.59 acre retail development of a Hispanic Grocery Anchored Marketplace. Initiation of the idea, development of the site plan, secured the major tenants and co-tenants. Located at the intersection of US Highway 395 and Bear Valley Road in Victorville, CA. 




--Newton’s Outpost Travel Center | Pilot Travel Center which includes the Truck and Car Fuel Centers, a Wendy's restaurant, C-Store. The property also includes a separate parcel with a Truck Wash, Truck Tire Store, Truck Lube, Truck Storage and the Newton Restaurant and additional vacant land ready for development. The Pilot Travel Center, other truck related businesses and the Restaurant are generating solid income under lease term. This center has been in business under the same ownership for over 46 years. The center is strategically located where I-15 Fwy and Hwy 395 meets. I-15 Fwy and Hwy-395 have one of the highest Truck Volume in the nation transporting goods from Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach.
