Shoppes at Calimesa

Shoppes at Calimesa is a nine (9) acre retail development located adjacent to Interstate 10 in Calimesa, California.  Site uses include Fresh and Easy, Walgreens, Denny's, Subway, Carl's Jr., Restaurants, services and office uses.  The project includes 80,000 square feet of gross leasable space.  RavenTek provided construction management for the on- and off-site development.  site improvements included a significant amount of dirt import, a large retaining wall along the I-10 right of way, removal of abandoned underground fuel storage tanks, installation of new underground storm water retention, extensions of major underground utilities in calimesa Boulevard, installation of a new traffic signal at the main Calimesa Boulevard entrance, underground site utilities, parking fields, area lighting, sidewalks, landscaping and other improvements.  This is now the premiere shopping center in Calimesa.
