Shoppes at Creekside

The Shoppes at Creekside is an 8.69 acre retail development located at the northwest corner of State Route 210 and North Riverside Drive in Rialto, CA.  Site uses include a Fresh and Easy grocery store, a Walgreens drug store, an Alta Vista Credit Union and inline retail shops with restaurants, services, and office uses.  Planned additional development includes a gas station / convenience store / car wash, additional in-line shops and standalone retail or office uses.  The project includes 75,000 square feet of leasable space.  RavenTek joined the project while it was still vacant land and provided comprehensive project management for the land entitlement, environmental and other studies, conceptual design, final design, and off-site, site, building and tenant improvement construction.  Coordination with a large number of governmental, utility and private interests was required for this development, including Caltrans as a major state holder, with the adjacent SR-210 construction project still underway.  RavenTek Vice President Colleen Butcher assisted in the leasing for the finished spaces.
